1. Shopping With Us

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Please provide accurate billing, shipping, and customer information and update any errors promptly.

2. Products & Descriptions

We sell hat racks and hat organizers. Review the individual product listing for the design, included components, and available specifications. Hats and decorative items shown for styling are not included unless the listing expressly states otherwise. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear. Images are illustrative; the written listing identifies what you are purchasing.

3. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout. Available payment methods appear during checkout. Prices may change for future purchases without changing an order already accepted.

4. Order Acceptance & Corrections

An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order; it does not guarantee fulfillment. We may contact you about payment verification, availability, or a material listing error. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund the affected amount. We will not substitute a different product or increase an accepted order price without your agreement.

5. Changes, Shipping & Returns

Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation or address change. Changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins. Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy explain delivery estimates, return eligibility, and refund procedures. If an order is canceled before shipment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items and related shipping charges.

6. Product Use & Your Rights

Use products only as intended and follow the instructions supplied with your item. Check wall surfaces, mounting hardware, closet rods, and door clearance before installation. Do not use a hat organizer for climbing or supporting people. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable consumer law.
